I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, it was an absolute treat. The hotel is situated in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The spa facilities were top-notch, with a pool and three saunas, providing the perfect relaxation after a long day of hiking or exploring the nearby cable cars. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options, including freshly made pancakes which were an absolute delight. The dinners were a highlight, as they were made in a home-cooking style with a surprise element, making each meal a delightful experience. The location of this hotel is also worth mentioning, as it is nestled away from the busy areas, giving you a countryside feel and a sense of healthy isolation. Just a short 10-minute walk away, you will find a bus stop that conveniently connects you to the Kitzsteinhorn cable car, Zell am See, and even the Tauern SPA. The rooms were clean and comfortable, adding to the overall luxurious experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking enhanced comfort and quality services.

New refurbished hotel. Good facilities.

The rate especially for the additional bed for a child was exaggerated.

Cosy atmosphere, friendly and professional staff fluent in English, clean rooms with a big balcony and a view to Kaprun, excellent facilities, good food. Spa center (swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi) very good with a modern design. We had been travelling around in Austria for 10 days when arriving at this hotel and this was one of the best accomodations. Definately recommended!

This hotel has a great location for skiing enthusiasts, as it is within walking distance of ski slopes and ski lifts. It is also situated on a hill near a castle, offering breathtaking views of the valley. the rooms are well-appointed with modern amenities, and the bathrooms are particularly outstanding. the breakfast buffet is extensive, and there are plenty of facilities available, including a pool, sauna and spa.

Some guests have reported issues with cleanliness, which can have a negative impact on the overall experience.

We had high expectations about this holiday and they were met. The hotel staff was nice, helpful and friendly. The hotel spa area is very relaxing, with modern look, everything is new and luxurious. We had an wonderful stay there, definitely recommend!

Our room - the "standard double" one was a little bit small but finally it was all right for us.

We had a lovely stay thanks to the amazing view from the room, helpful and friendly staff, excellent storage room for ski equipment, and great spa facilities. The breakfast had a lot of choices and the dinner was delicious. The Summer Card provided free access to local sights.

Remarkable hotel, affable people, good service, excellent meal, a class arrangement, an excellent sauna. Only there are not enough lodgers and entertainments.....

It is necessary what to think up with pastime at evening after a supper. And that is boring as that, it is more than fun in the Lobby a bar.

I loved the stunning view from the balcony of my room, overlooking the beautiful valley. The hotel facilities were superb, such as the indoor pool and wellness area. Breakfast was average, but the delicious dinner made up for it. The staff was friendly and helpful, making my stay even more pleasant.

The atmosphere is very warm and friendly, the staff are all very helpful and efficient, the rooms are spacious and cleaned every day, the food in the restaurant is very good and there is always a good choice of dishes, the spa is luxurious, the mountains are spectacular. It's one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Limited parking place, Russian TV absence, no king-sized beds(one big out of two small)

The hotel had a pool and sauna which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of work. the breakfast was always on time and offered a variety of options. the location was also very convenient, being close to both the bus station and the town center.

The rooms were quite small and cramped, making it hard to move around. the staff was not very friendly and seemed unapproachable.
